Staphylos

Staphylos, like most of the island’s beaches, is in a stunning green pine-covered bay on the south side of Skopelos. Straight out of a fairytale, the beach was named after the island’s first legendary King during the Creto-Minoan period, Staphylus. It is one of the most popular sandy beaches in Skopelos, with clear, crystal blue waters that attract many swimmers. Only 4km and a 7-minute drive from Skopelos Chora, it is the first beach you will meet.
