In the town of Skopelos, you can swim in a beautiful Aegean setting, either at the organized beach of Ammos by the port of Skopelos, in front of Asclepieion in Ambeliki, or at Plakes, a pebbled beach by the old harbor, under the church of Panayitsa of Pyrgos (Virgin Mary of the Tower).
