Villa Kamáres, built in 2002 in a large olive grove (3,500 m2), is an amazing and unique combination of modern tradition, wealth, and character. Upon entering, the feeling of spaciousness and comfort is your first impression. Red tile floors with reddish ceilings with wooden beams and wooden details create a warm, cosy look in these spacious rooms. The villa was designed for large families and groups of people and offers a spacious, modern kitchen with a built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave and much more. Next to the kitchen you will also find a large, covered summer kitchen with a pizza oven, grill, and a large dining table.
Right next to the inside kitchen is the large living-dining room. There is a corner fireplace as well as built-in couches and French doors on either side. One exit through doors leads to the outdoor dining area and the other to the pool with outdoor table and chairs.The villa has four spacious and bright double rooms for eight people (possibility for two extra beds) with a beautiful sea view, to the village of Skopelos, the port are and to Mount Paloúki and the neighbouring island of Alónissos. Each bedroom has a large closet and patio doors, radio / CD player and of course air conditioning. The great thing is that each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom. The four bathrooms have a shower and toilet, a hairdryer and additional heating (in addition to the central heating).
We have switched the disinfection system for the large pool (4 x 10 m) from chlorine to salt disinfection. The pool now has a pool heater (included in the price). The salinity of the pool water is ten times lower than in the sea and is therefore not felt. This way, people with sensitive skin can bathe easily.
