Local transportation

Near the entrance of the Skopelos port (Chora), you will find the local bus station with frequent routes to and from most of the island locations like Stafylos, Agnodas, Limnonari, Panormos, Milia, Kastani, Elios, Palaio Klima, Glossa and Loytraki. During the summer, those routes are more frequent. You can find the bus timetable at every bus stop.

At the same time, you have the option to move around in private buses for excursions to beaches, monasteries, St. John’s chapel at Kastri, and other touristic spots on the island.

Additionally, one can use other equally reliable means of transportation, like taxis as well as car, motorbike, bicycle, and boat rental companies.
