Just a few meters away from Agnontas, at 9.5kilometers from the town of Skopelos, we discover another beautiful beach, Limnonari, situated in a closed leeward bay. Limnonari’s name either derives from the Greek god Ares (as in “Ares’ lake,” in Greek “Limnitou Ari” which became “Limnonari”) or it means “small lake with calm waters”.
